Enoteca & Balsameria
Our “Enoteca” is a re-created Tuscan shoppe for enjoying our extensive selection of wines, grappa, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey; artisan pastas, cookies and local ceramics, wools, soaps, stemware, wine jewelry and service items; “coffee table” books on wine, cooking, gardens, and Tuscan history and architecture.
“Balsameria” – visit the origin of our precious Salsa Balsamica Etrusca – a rich, concentrated balsamic vinegar of ancient Etruscan recipes, aged to a delicious condiment in small barriques of six different tightly grained woods.
