Visting Castello Banfi

Music resounds, by season with concerts and summer’s Montalcino “Wine & Jazz” festival, initiated by Castello Banfi.  Leading musicians of the genre gather from around the globe to serenade aficionado and novice alike as they sip fine wine in the suggestive ambience of our medieval fortress and its civic counterpart in the nearby village of Montalcino. The month-long summer festival also has an abbreviated winter version, and occasional classical music concerts are planned as well.
